Participants will have the opportunity to get to know some of the companies that offer innovative solutions on specific topics of special interest to viewers. Through our holistic platform, we give companies the opportunity to understand where to find them online, what their customers have to do with them and what is said about them. Our colleague Bruce McKay from the UK took the opportunity to present what influences online reputation and how companies can benefit from reputation scoring and the economics of feedback. Another highlight of our participation in DMEXCO in 2019 was the Worklab “Learn how to manage your company’s online reputation and increase your revenue”. On the other hand, and most importantly, we help you understand your existing customers, offer them the best possible service and connect them with you in the long term. Of course, we’ve also learned lessons about how we can do things better. Here, participants were able not only to look and listen, but also to participate for themselves and share their experiences and thoughts. Those responsible for the digital economy, marketing and innovation meet every year to exchange ideas, discover new inspirations and trends and establish new contacts. At the Demo Arena – an isolated space in hall 6 – suppliers can show in 20 minutes what is particularly innovative and exciting in their solution. This year, we took part in a guided tour on the theme of “Customer Journey”. Our stand this year was bigger than last year and the new design made it bright and welcoming. Overall, everything went very well, the organizers of the Cologne Fair were present for the exhibitors and there were many visitors. The BVDW guided tours are an essential part of DMEXCO. The visit takes participants directly to the company’s stands, ensuring as close a proximity as possible. The illuminated wheel on the left is our attraction, where players can test their reaction speed.
